We have years of experience caring for families, from all walks of life. Each family comes to us because they know we are leaders in our profession, dedicated to excellence in service, and have the highest integrity.

In 2004, Rob and Betsey Talbot purchased the former Stohr-Hagen-Wozney and the J.S. Wozney Funeral Homes of Alma and Cochrane. In July of 2005, We expanded our business with the purchase of the Poeschel Funeral Home of Mondovi. We changed the name of the funeral homes to Talbot Family Funeral Homes, Inc.

With the increase and evolution of families we serve choosing cremation services, My wife and I began thoughts of the possibilities of a crematory expansion project. With the help of many, encluding Matthews Cremation International, our very own families and many prayers, we are now proud to offer crematory services with our expansion of Talbot's Scenic Rivers Cremation Center offering caring cremation options
