Theresa A. Schuring

Theresa A. Schuring, age 55, of Waumandee, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at her home.
She was born on August 16, 1968, the daughter of the late Lester and Trudy (Bergum) Ammann.
Theresa attended and graduated from C-FC High School.  Following graduation, Theresa moved to the Chicagoland area for work. While there, Theresa was united in marriage to Jay B. Schuring on December 29, 1996.  To this union, two children were born.
While raising their family, Theresa realized that she dearly missed the area in which she grew up and wanted a wholesome place to raise her children, so in 2005, Theresa and her family moved back to the area that she loved so much, Buffalo County, WI.  
Theresa worked for several years at La Crosse Milling Co.
She was known for her fine cooking and baking abilities, and following a back injury, Theresa would find enjoyment in cooking and baking for family, friends and community events.
Theresa loved to feed the wildlife in her yard, especially the birds and squirrels.  Theresa will be forever remembered as a strong lady with a soft heart and a kind soul that would give to those in need before her own needs.
Surviving Theresa are her husband, Jay; children, J.B. Schuring and Mariah Schuring; grandson, Joshua Charles; sister, Dottie Lorenz; brother, Lester Ammann, Jr.; sister in law, Terry Schuring along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 
She was preceded in death by her parents. 
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM at the Waumandee Country Bar.
