Ronald E. Henry

Ronald E. Henry Sr., age 85, of Osseo, passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017 at Sacred Heart Hospital, Eau Claire. He was born January 18, 1932 to Florence J. (La Londe) Henry & Edward J. Henry. Ron was retired from the JI Case Company where he worked for 30 years. In his earlier years Ron served in the National Guard. After retirement Ron moved from Racine to Osseo where he started Henry Farms. For many years Ron sold produce from his farm and at Farmers Markets in the local area. He was a master gardener and loved gardening. Ron also was very involved with the Trempealeau County Community TV. (TCCTV). He was an accomplished videographer and enjoyed filming various events and won several awards for his work. Ron also enjoyed reading and fixing things, he always had a project he was working on. He was a proud member of the Democratic Party of WI and was involved in many campaigns Ron is survived by two children, Ronald Jr. ( Susan) Henry and Rene (Dan) O’Connor; five grandchildren; sister, Donna; nieces and nephews and long time friend Olin and many other friends & acquaintances. Per Ron’s wishes, no service was desired. Cremation will take place and a prayer service will be held at burial at Osseo Cemetery on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 12:30pm.
