Robert Allen Timm, Sr.

Robert (Bob) Timm Sr, age 81 of Eleva, WI passed away on July 12, 2024 at the American Lutheran Home in Mondovi. He was born October 26 1942 in Eleva WI to Otto and Anna (Papa) Timm. In his younger years he went and worked on a ranch in Montana. On May 15 1965, he married Joan Peterson. They were united in marriage for 59 years and raised 2 children. After marriage he worked many years as a mechanic, mostly for Volkswagen. Bob’s favorite pastime was collecting Pabst Blue Ribbon memorabilia, that he did throughout the years. He enjoyed going on short trips with his wife, playing on his iPad, and eating his chocolate. He was fondly known as Uncle Bob to his nieces, nephews, and many friends. Bob will be forever in the hearts of his wife Joan, son Bobby, and daughter Rhonda (Gary) Hoverson. Grandchildren Tim (Christine) Hoverson, Joe Hoverson, and Aggie Timm. Great-grandchildren Isaac Fiedler and Riley Hoverson. Brother Orville Timm and sister Sandra Schuch. Sister-in-laws Doris, Barb (Jim), Grace, Donna, Mavis, and brother-in-law George. Along with many nieces and nephews. Bob was proceeded in death by his parents, grandson Cody, brother Donny (Marge), sisters Dorris (Alvin), Bernice (Orville), Norma (Duane), Beverly. Sister-in-law Mary, brother-in-law Dick, mother-in-law Stella, father-in-law Peter, brothers-in-law Howard, Duane, Merle, and sister-in-law Carol. A memorial gathering will be held at Pleasant Valley Lutheran Church Saturday July 20, 2024 at 9:00 AM with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 AM with Pastor Terry Lorenz officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
