Robert Meyer

Robert "Bob" Meyer, of Cochrane, passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023.

He was born on January 4, 1939 in Winona to Eugene J. and Margaret (Allen) Meyer.

Bob was the co-owner of Cochrane Lanes for 10 years and tended bar in Alma and Buffalo City.  Bob loved to go duck hunting and fishing.

Bob had a very loving and funny sense of humor...He could always make you laugh.  He was very personable and loved chatting with people.  He will be truly missed by all.

Bob is survived by his sister, Carol and her husband, Steve Baures of Mauston, WI and hi brother Bill and his wife Darlene Meyer of Buffalo City; nieces Deanne (Jim) Isakson of Portage, WI, Teri (Chad) Rumpel of Fountain City, Kris Johnson of McKinleyville, CA; great nephews Josh, Korey and Erik Isakson, Brandon Marin and Cody Rumpel; great nieces, Nikki Jo Isakson and Courtney Ferguson along with nine great-great nieces and nephews.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his niece, Tami Jo Meyer.

Per Bob's wishes, he will be cremated and requested no services.
