Randy R. Dienger, age 53 of Cochrane, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at his home. He was born on July 20, 1963 in Winona, MN, the son of Robert and Myrtle (Stoll) Dienger. Randy married Peggy Lorenz on July 31, 1982. He worked a Fusion Coatings in Winona for over 30 years. Randy took pride in his dogs and his dog business. Randy enjoyed classic cars, hunting, fishing, gardening and especially golfing. He was an avid sports enthusiast; cheering on the Badgers, Brewers, Bucks and Vikings. Randy was always active and loved playing Frisbee in the backyard with his kids. He was devoted to his grandchildren and loved seeing them often.
Randy will be sadly missed by his wife, Peggy; children, Anthony (Crystal) Dienger and Trista (Shaun) Mann; grandchildren Jase and Reese Mann; siblings, Pat (Cheri) Dienger and Debbie (Steve) Floerke; parents-in-law, William and Dorothy Lorenz; brother-in-law, Robert (Sherry) Lorenz; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, David Lorenz.
A memorial service will be held at Talbot Family Funeral Homes - Alma Chapel on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mark Wilde of Christ Lutheran Church, Cochrane. Burial to immediately follow at Buffalo City Cemetery. A visitation will begin one hour prior to the service.
