Rachel I. Barlage

Rachel I Barlage, age 91 of Nelson, WI passed away February 6, 2014 at Pepin Manor, Pepin, WI. Rachel was born March 9, 1922 to James and Ellen (Morley) Eastman. Rachel is survived by her daughter Margaret "Sammy" Hovland of Winona, MN, grandson Ted Hazelton, grand daughter Candie Anderson, her brothers Norman (Delores) Eastman, Wayne (Shirley) Eastman, nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Leo Barlag, Duane Schultz, and recently her sister Shirley Werlein. Inurnment will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN at a later date.
