Paul Viner, 56, of Winona, Mn went to be with Jesus forever on Sunday, Februrary 9, 2025. He was born on July 14, 1968 to Vivian & Roy Knoll.
Paul had a love for fishing, collecting and listening to music, going for car rides, playing games on his PlayStation, and going to the casino. He also loved his Minnesota Vikings.
Paul was a gentleman with a vibrant spirit and a contagious sense of humor that could light up the lives of anyone he encountered. He had a remarkable gift for making others laugh and developed the gift of finding joy in even the smallest moments. He shared that joy with those around him. Living at Dungarvin for the past few years made a huge impact on Paul’s life. Paul was surrounded by kind and caring staff who understood his unique personality and were touched by his presence. His family is truly grateful for the professional and loving care they provided.
His love for life, his laughter, and his unwavering enthusiasm for the things he cherished will forever be remembered by those fortunate enough to know him. Though his path wasn’t easy, Paul was a true warrior. He was shaped by the trials of trauma and his love for Jesus. He grew stronger with each scar and every battle he faced. His legacy of resilience and joy will continue to live in the hearts of those he touched.
Paul was proceeded in death by his Father, Harold Viner, and his birth Mother and Father.
Paul was very blessed to have a precious adoptive family who faithfully guided him to have his best life possible.
He is survived by his Mother, Leslie Viner, his brother Wade (Anna) Viner, and sister Dawn (Mike) Gueltzow.
He is also survived by his two birth sisters, Tammy (Richard) Huber, and Shelly (Jeffrey) Snyder, and his three birth brothers, John Knoll, Michael Knoll, and David Thompson (Knoll).
