Patrick A. Leahy

Heaven gained an angel on July 11, 2014, when Patrick Ames Leahy of Buffalo City, WI ascended to his eternal home. He was born to Audrey (Ames) and Ralph Leahy July 18, 1939 in Minocqua, WI. He was an exceptional athlete at Cochrane High School where he graduated in 1958. One of his accomplishments was pitching 12 no-hitters and one perfect game. On September 8, 1962 he married the love of his life, Ruth Duellman, and they shared 52 blessed years. Together they raised three loving daughters, Jennifer (Joe) Slaby, Rachelle Stetson, and Colleen Leahy. In addition to his wife and daughters, he is survived by six grandchildren, Torey and Carley Hilt, Megan and Alex Stetson, and Zoey and Maddey Slaby, whom he adored more than anything in the world, his brothers Michael (Judy) Leahy, Kevin (Jemay) Leahy, his sister Mary (Dave) Seifert, and his sister-in-law Georgia Leahy. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters- in law Tom (Audrey) Duellman, Louis (Nancy) Duellman, Jane (Jay) Fish, Bill Schuth, Elmer (Bernadette) Duellman, and Robert (Carol) Duellman, along with many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.
