Leila L. Loewenhagen

Leila Lorena Loewenhagen, age 87, of Alma passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017 at the American Lutheran Home of Mondovi. Survivors include her daughter, Janet (David) Baum, of Alma; sons, Dennis, Curtis (Barbara) and Calvin (Penny) all of Alma; 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; one sister, Marlene Tieman of Texas; also by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Besides her parents and husband Marvin, Leila was preceded in death by her son, Wayne; daughter in law, Kathleen Loewenhagen and brothers Glen and Roger Kimmel. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. John Lutheran Church, Alma with Pastor Michael Vetsch officiating. Burial will follow at Alma Memorial Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Talbot Family Funeral Home, Alma and again on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the hour of the service at the church.
