Inez A. “Muffy” Muszynski, of Cochrane, age 92 passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Sauer Health Care. She was born on December 14, 1923, in Dodge Center, the youngest of four to Roy and Ida (Loewenhagen) Mahlman. The family later moved to the Cochrane area, settling in Rose Valley where she attended Cochrane Schools. After graduation, she moved to the Eau Claire area and began working Presto and Hutchens Industries. Inez loved to dance and met her husband, Frank Muszynski at a local dance. She also loved to sew and bake; cakes, cookies and Christmas breads were always around the house. Gardening kept Inez busy as well as feeding and watching the birds in the backyard. She was a hard worker, often holding many multiple jobs at a time. Inez was very proud to be able to purchase her own home and a car, which of course had to be red.
She will be sadly missed by her son, Michael Muszynski of Cochrane; nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and brother and sisters.
A Mass of Christian of Burial will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, Alma on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 11:00 am with Father Brian Jazdzewski presiding. Burial to immediately follow at Buffalo City Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of Mass.
