Frances Christopherson

Frances Christopherson, age 78 of Mondovi passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic Health Systems, Eau Claire. She was born on October 17, 1937 in Durand, the daughter of Frank and Mabel (Hanson) Ilgen. She will be sadly missed by her children, Ann (Joe) Anderson of Verona, James (Susan) of Eau Claire, Susan (John) Hoehne of Austin, MN, Roy (Mary Ann) of Eau Claire, Roger (Sharon) of Neillsville and Paul (Wendy) of Maine; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sisters, Kathleen Schuh of Trempealeau, Lucille Wilson of Idaho, Helen Bauer of Durand, Marie Ann Ward of Harmony, MN and Thelma Wallace of Mondovi; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lyle; grandson, Justin and siblings, Margaret, Joan, Judy and Frank. A memorial mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Mondovi on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 10 am with Father Paul Bosco presiding with an hour visitation prior to. Private burial will be held at Modena Cemetery.
