Diane T. Ableidinger

Diane T. Ableidinger, age 69, of Mondovi, WI passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 29, 2012 at her home with her loving family at her side. She was born June 5, 1943, and grew up in the rural area of Mondovi. Diane was the daughter of Andrew and Marion (Bauer) Risler. She attended Holy Rosary School in Lima and graduated from Mondovi High School in 1961. She married her husband Leon on September 19, 1963 and would have celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary this September. To this loving union, five children were born. Diane enjoyed walking, biking, playing cards and board games, and spending time with her grandkids. She also enjoyed volunteering at the nursing home in Mondovi helping run games for the residence. Survivors include her beloved husband Leon, children; Doug (wife Kris) of Woodbury,MN, Dorothy(husband Mike) Omara of Winter, and Domonic (wife Kathy) of Hudson; grandchildren Stephanie, Brady, Brody, Seth, Katelyn, Lilly, and Cole; four sisters, Carol Brantner, Cindy Hardy, JoAnn Davis, and Donna Davis; and five brothers, Kenneth Risler, Edward Risler, Raymond Risler, David Risler, and Roger Risler. She was proceeded in death by her sons Darrell and Delmer; her parents Andrew and Marion Risler; and her sister Bernice Fedie. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 2 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Mondovi. A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday one hour prior to the mass at the church.
