Beth Elaine Beninga

Beninga, Beth E. (Johnson) Aronson 73, of Brooklyn Park MN, passed away on September 3, 2021. Beth was born on March 9, 1948 in Minneapolis to Willard and Shirley (Lasater) Johnson. Beth attended Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis and was a graduate of Dunwoody Institute. Anyone who knew Beth, knew how creative and passionate she would become with her many hobbies. From her beautiful handmade cards to her canned peaches, her interests were varied and benefited all those who knew her. Beth retired from the Osseo Area School District but continued a very active retirement lifestyle with her partner of many years, Gary VanKempen. Beth will be forever missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her daughter Kristyn (Robert) Ness, her brother Roger (Jacki) Johnson, her beloved grandchildren Nikki (Nick) Olmsted, Cassie (Tony) Galarneau, Seth Ness and Saul Ness, stepson Jeff (Sue) Beninga, daughter-in-law Jessica Aronson, her nieces, nephews, cousins and her childhood friends, Karen (Burge) Lindgren and Patty (Nilsen) Sherburne. She was preceded in death by her beloved son Timothy Aronson, her parents, Willard and Shirley Johnson, and her husband’s Randy Aronson and Tom Beninga. Graveside Service and Internment will be at 11am, Friday, September 24, 2021, at Crystal Lake Cemetery, 3816 Penn Av No., Minneapolis, MN with a luncheon to follow.
