Angela T. Yee

Angela T. Yee, age 92, of Mondovi, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 30, 2020 at the Mayo Health System, Bloomer, WI. She was born on August 2, 1928 in Santa Barbara, CA a daughter of the late Henry Foo Yee and Maria J. Rowe. Angela was employed at Raytheon Technologies in Santa Barbara until her retirement in 1990. It was several years later, in the late 1990’s, that Angela relocated to Mondovi to be closer to her daughter. Angela was a member and parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Mondovi. Angela enjoyed knitting, watching sporting events…especially football. Even though she had affection for California sports teams, Angela was still a Green Bay Packers fan. Angela will be long remembered for kind and giving heart and mostly for her love of her family, especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Angela will be sadly missed by her children, Lupe (Daisy) Sandoval, Isabel Larsen and Joe (Charlotte) Sandoval; daughter in law, Linda Rodriguez; also by her many devoted and loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sister, Ernestine DeSoto; sister in law, Carmen Yee; and by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Besides her parents, Angela was preceded in death by her son, David John Rodriguez; son in law Leif Larsen; two sisters Tina (Paul) Valencia and Josephine Robles and one brother, John Yee. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, Mondovi, with Fr. Emmanuel Asamoah-Bekoe as Celebrant. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Mondovi. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the hour of the Mass.
